RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at tmboutique.com can be returned in-store or mailed back to us within 15 days of purchase with an original receipt for full refund or, within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt for store credit. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

Intimates, beauty, books, candles, and sale items are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.
